good - i'm glad i'm not the only one who is having dreams about this. i've probably had about 5 banter 500 dreams already. these are worrying times. I think a thread should be set up for dreams about banter 500. I also had a dream bout it the other night. I dreamt that me and team ak were out shopping and I lost him and eventually found him in the park keeping a balloon up in the air cos that was a banter challenge in my dream

Yesterday my boss finally found out about the 500. He was keen as anything. As soon as he found out he darted upstairs, grabbed a bag and stuffed his cat in it. Very weird.

today i completed the harry ramsdens challenge. i near barfed at one point, mainly cos i dont like fish, and the fish was at least a foot long (though it was served on a rather good fish shaped plate). i was completely stuffed at the end, at which point they offered me dessert. i thought i might as well take it (i earned it after all). it was a chocolate fudge cake type thing that was very nice. the worst part of the proceedings is that they didnt have any certificates left. i now have to write off to them so that they can send me one out. which they probably wont do. but i have pictures, a witness, and the receipt to prove that i did it.
i'm never eating fish again.
it was quite a productive day. i found some more funny grafitti, half completed two more challenges (as in i either got the props, or a decent photograph that i can use later), and should hopefully have set up an opportunity to do one next year.

The other day I was reading a book called 'shop of horrors'. It was all about pun based shop names. Interestingly it said that Brighton is the U.K. capital of pun based establishments because there are so many small businesses. I then went for a walk and discovered they were right. Unfortunately however they were rubbish puns: 'Pulp Kitchen' Meant to be pulp fiction,'Across the tracks' music shop near a railway station 'sejuice' juice bar with a big woman shaped sign and a hair dressers called 'right hair, right now'.

YES. completed a 5 pointer today. although small, i still think it is one of the hardest ones to do. yes, you've guessed it - eat the recommended 5 portions of fruit and veg.
i thought i would take advantage of the Christmas dinner. i had pineapple and melon for starter, then some carrots in the main meal. later on i raided the cupboard to find an apple, orange, and a banana. i even ate two oranges, cos they were fairly small, and i didnt want the panel to kick up a fuss.

Today I recieved a prize for my efforts in the slush puppie colouring-in competition. They sent me a personally signed letter and two goodie bags containing many amazing toys, some of which i haven't seen since the eighties. They even said my colouring was 'to a very high standard', which is surprising since i put my real age on it.

Congratulations, Team Bob! Very impressive effort - you're obviously a talented artist Shouldn't the 5-a-day contain at least 3 portions of veg? I'm sure I read that on some box or other. Of course, we should be having about 13 portions of veg and 2 portions of fruit (and about 70% of that raw), but I guess that's unreasonable for some people!

from checking sites, they don't really say how much of each, just that they should all be different.
ok people, some more updates have just been added to the site. these are:
BIT OF BOTHER
Lee - Cry laughing
DIFFICULT
Bob - Let a cat out of a bag
HARD
Everyone - Buy the same shirt as your friends, go bowling, and pretend you are a team
AMAZING
Everyone - Play Bingo JK - Find 3 examples of funny grafitti
all this means that Bob is still first, but JK has passed the 1000 mark stage. Lee is still last.

Had quite a good week. managed to eat a nettle, which was scarier than i thought it would be, and did the worst wheelie ever. I also went to a english language lecture with one of the students in my church. the lecturer mentioned something about the renaissance and i almost fell asleep, so in order to try and stay awake i decided to design a tv game show. the final design i came up with was a mix between 'going for gold' and 'stars in their eyes'. it should probably be presented by des o'connor but i also suggested bruno brookes.
