i imagine that the spirit of the banter 500 would say that it would have to have your surname in it. i'd say it would need to include your surname and one other name, preferably the one you are called by. so for you James Robinson or Robert / Robbie / Bob Robinson would count, but preferably the latter ones. AK could go with Andew Kelly, Kenneth Kelly, or Robert Kelly (i think thats what the K and R stand for). i can only go with Jonny Kirk or Jonathan Kirk. as i dont have a middle name, if you were to apply the same logic to me (as in last names not included), i would only have to find someone called Jonny. which is rubbish, and not worthy of the 60 points awarded. so to be fair to all (and to give the same level of difficulty and standard) it would have to include your surname and one other name that is on your birth certificate. however, it does give more options for those with middle names.
PS - i am not deliberately being a git on this. i had always assumed it had to have your last name in it.
rather annoyingly, i once met the father of a Jonathan Kirk. his son had left his coat in the Superbowl, and his dad came to pick it up.

actually, so far all mine have been correct spellings (though Kirkwoods has an extra bit). the way i'm looking at it, as long as it's pronounced the same, it counts.
i think i might have told you about andi's bar - is that the one on the shore road?

i'd say it counts - it reminds us of our childhood. however, you can always change it. what you have is enough to get the points, but if you wish to get something else feel free. i might use the bros video that i bought in cash converters for a quid.

Ok here's a big one. Next week my church is going on a 'Booze Cruise' to France. Does it count? I know we're only going for one day, but it does involve international travel, so I think it should be good for 90. And I'll try to take loads of photos of me doing cruise type activities.

with the family tree, we need to remember that this is about doing funny / stupid stuff, so efforts need to be taken to make things as funny as possible. plus quite frankly, i can't be bothered doing out a massive family tree. so i'm gonna let it count.
as for the booze cruise, i'm not so sure. it seems to me that you are just taking a ferry to france, rather than going on a proper cruise.

ok, a decision has been made.
i'm taking out the challenge "when you're in rome, do what the romans do". the reason for this is because i knew i was going to go, and cos i was going i added in a challenge involving rome. partly the reason is cos i didnt want to spend so much money on something that wasnt banter related (money is tight at the minute), so added in something so that i could get points when i was there. so i think it's best to take it out.
