okay. here are some things i did yesterday.
i kissed a frog. i was working in the drop-in centre, when allison wells (sam, ruth, joy and mark's mum) walked in and said "i've got a present for you". my first reaction was "Food?". she told me no. what could be better than food? it turned out to be a frog. i ran outside to find Joy with the frog in her baseball cap. we found a container inside to use, and put some water and airholes into it. i ran back to get my camera from the house and came back up. when i went to get the frog out of the container, it escaped, and started to hop about the place. it took about 5 minutes to get it back, as it hid behind the microwave for ages. Rachel (from the summer serve team) eventually got it back, and put the slimey minx into my hands. i went to give it some room, and it hopped out, but i managed to catch it. kissing it proved quite tricky, as i had to hold it in my hands, whilst also leaving enough room so that you could see it in the picture, and room enough to kiss it. i had to kiss it on its back, so that you could see me doing it. though it does look like i am eating it. i also licked it for some reason - i have no idea why.
i have kissed a frog - it did not turn into a princess. i am disappointed. i could have done with the 90 points for getting engaged.
this is the part that i need the panel for. i also released it into the wild. we took it down to a field and let it go free. seeing as i wasnt the person that caught the animal (aka the cruel oppressors), would this count as releasing it into the wild. i have taken a video to prove this. dictionary.com defines an animal as this:
A multicellular organism of the kingdom Animalia, differing from plants in certain typical characteristics such as capacity for locomotion, nonphotosynthetic metabolism, pronounced response to stimuli, restricted growth, and fixed bodily structure.
does this count folks?
